Quality control begins long before installation. Before every project we perform a site walkthrough that includes substrate moisture testing, ambient humidity & dew point testing, and if necessary a core sample analysis. Samples of spec'd systems are produced before full installation. Our goal is complete alignment on materials, finish and performance. No work begins until every condition is verified and the site is cleared for install.

Once installed, Q.C. continues with slip coefficient testing and a final verification to confirm the system performs to spec and manufacturer standard. Results documented, anomalies addressed. Outstanding items formally logged for punch out. QC is not a final step at Bay to Bay, it is embedded into every stage of every project.
